All purchases made in our store/website are final. No monetary refunds will be issued for purchased items. -
Exchanges
We allow product exchanges within 14 business days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:-
The item must be in new, unused condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.

Exchanges can be made for items of equal value or for store credit (at the business’s discretion).

Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for exchange.

Exceptions
Custom orders, end-of-season clearance items, or products clearly marked as “non-exchangeable” cannot be returned or exchanged.
